PODCAST HOST
This isn't a trend. It's a renaissance. And it's happening now.
I AM: GENERATION WELL is a podcast documenting Black and Brown people choosing ourselves out loud. Therapy without shame, rest without apology, and joy as a birthright.
Through intimate conversations with artists, athletes, and cultural icons, the show explores what it really means to reclaim our peace, purpose, and possibility in a world that was never designed for us.
Together, these episodes become a cultural archive. Proof that this renaissance happened. Proof that we were here and that we never stopped showing up.
“Because living well is our birthright. ”
MORE THAN A PODCAST.
ON STAGE
Kimberly delivers keynotes that blend journalism, storytelling, and emotional intelligence to help audiences rethink leadership, resilience, wellness, and human connection.
Her deeply personal talks explore what it means to overcome fear, to begin again after disappointment, how courage and curiosity help us architect truth in an age of noise, and why rest, compassion, and joy are at the heart of the Black wellness renaissance.
Audiences leave with fresh perspective, practical insight, and the courage to ask better questions—in their work, their relationships, and themselves.
